Event Description
After consulting some members on our last BBQ event we are organising an event at the Circuito Almeji with a slight change to our previous visits.
It will consist in meeting everyone at the Carrefour in "La Linea"at 7:00pm,from there we will drive up to Benadolid were Paco will be awaiting us at the Hostal with something to drink and some aperatives.
We will then wait till sunset to make our way up the route doing a nocturnal trip up were the sights should be outbreathing.
We will make our way to the Circuito in the dark and camp in the area provided.
Next morning after breakfast we will have our mud fun and other surprises!
The needs for this trip will consist in camping utensils and something to put on the BBQ in the night!
Everyone should know that this is an open Club event were everyone is invited to come and join us!
To show our respect for the environment we as 4x4 owners should follow a few simple rules:
- Take all your trash back.
- Unless specifically stated - offroading is only allowed on trails.
- Leave no broken parts behind.
- Don't damage the wilderness.
- Don't spill oil or other toxic fluids on the ground.
- Get permission and follow rules for the area.
- Respect the image of the Club.

Just got back from our event which has been a geat success,10 vehicles attended and we had a great experience competing as teams,some miss ups ocurred but thats the name of the game,everyone is back home and thats what counts,the three teams to win were;
>1st place;Discovery Team,Francis Gonzalez.
Francis Marcieca.
>2nd place;Suzuki Power Team,Kyle Williamson.

Jeremy Yeo.

Hemos llamao al hotel. Si hace muy malo para acampar os podeis quedar en el hotel. Os hacen precio especial a 19 euros por persona en habitacion.

Our friends from Almeji need info of how many people are coming so we need to pay the fee of 78 euros per car the latest on Friday,please contact Alfred on 54031219 to pay!

I have been sent an email from Almeji informing me of the canceltion of our event due to the fire ocurred in Malaga,we can change the dates,what do you guys think?
Hola Alfred:
A consecuencia del fuego que ha habido en la provincia de Malaga, los forestales nos han solicitado que suspendamos cualquier evento de motor que tengamos en la finca hasta mediados de octubre o hasta que llueva lo suficiente para levantar la alerta de incendios en la sierra.
Por todo esto, siento mucho tener que comunicaros que nos vemos obligados a suspender en evento que teniamos programados con ustedes para el proximo 15-16 de septiembre.
Si desean seguir realizando el evento, les proponemos que lo realicen pasado el 15 de octubre.
Les pedimos mil disculpas por las molestias causadas.
