DESCRIPTION:This is your chance as a member to show your support and c
 olaboration with the Club as your attendance is very important for the
  Cubs future.We are getting ready for different events which needs you
 r personal support and time.\nThe issues to be brought up will be the 
 next;\n1: We have been approached with the option to get a stall at ou
 r local Fair which would make some income for the Club and support for
  a local Charity cause,here we will need volunteers to work in the sta
 ll.\n2: The Club is organising an event for the GBC Open Day which wil
 l also need a number of volunteers for it to be able to take place in 
 the month of September.\n3: All members have to understand that renewa
 l of the Clubs membership has to be made especially if you are attendi
 ng the December event as a Club Team.\nHope everyone shows their suppo
 rt and find the time to attend this very important meeting as we reall
 y need everyone to do what they can for the Clubs progress!\nChanges h
 ave been made to the meetings location,it will take place at the Victo
