Dear Friends, many of you will know I was earlier this year in Mauritania helping Lamina the girl with cerebral palsy, and have seen the photos posted here. 
Now I am with my friend and inspiration Christine down in the Draa Tafilalet region of Morocco working for the children of poor families in remote villages.

This Icthyosis skin condition is pretty grim and I have spared you the worst of the photos to show just a mild example. It is a largely genetic disorder but we have been surprised to find so many cases in a small area. Hence Christine has linked up one if the best dermatologists in the country with some of the top researchers globally.

We are hoping the evaluations to be done in due course in Agadir can help the children we have found, and others beside.

Chers amis, beaucoup d'entre vous savent que j'étais plus tôt cette année en Mauritanie aidant Lamina la fille avec la paralysie cérébrale, et ont vu les photos affichées ici.
Maintenant, je suis avec mon ami et l'inspiration Christine dans la région du Drâa Tafilalet du Maroc travaillant pour les enfants des familles pauvres dans les villages reculés.
Cette affection cutanée Ichtyose est assez sombre et je vous ai épargné le pire des photos pour montrer juste un exemple doux. Il est un trouble en grande partie génétique, mais nous avons été surpris de trouver autant de cas dans une petite zone. Par conséquent, Christine lié jusqu'à un si les meilleurs dermatologues dans le pays avec quelques-uns des meilleurs chercheurs du monde entier.
Nous espérons les évaluations à faire en temps voulu à Agadir peut aider les enfants que nous avons trouvé, et d'autres à côté.

أيها الأصدقاء، وكثير منكم يعرف أنني كنت في وقت سابق من هذا العام في موريتانيا مساعدة الصفيحة الفتاة المصابين بالشلل الدماغي، وشهدت الصور المنشورة هنا.
الآن أنا مع صديقي والإلهام كريستين لأسفل في منطقة درعة تافيلالت المغربية العمل لأبناء الأسر الفقيرة في القرى النائية.
هذا الشرط الجلد سماك قاتمة جدا، وأنا لم تدخر لك أسوأ من الصور لاظهار مجرد مثال معتدل. وهو اضطراب وراثي إلى حد كبير ولكن كنا فاجأ لتجد الكثير من الحالات في منطقة صغيرة. وبالتالي نحن ربطت واحدة إذا كانت أفضل الأمراض الجلدية والتناسلية في البلاد مع بعض من كبار الباحثين على مستوى العالم.
ونحن نأمل التقييمات ينبغي القيام به في الوقت المناسب في أكادير يمكن أن تساعد الأطفال وجدنا، وغيرهم بجانب.
