lifted springs

Hi All,

This is probably a stupid question but here goes; Can I fit lifted/heavy duty springs on without changing the standard shocks? I need some HD springs but can't afford the full set at the moment.

Sure you can Adam,thats what I did last year,couldn't afford new EMU's so I fitted originals but from a 100 serious with the heavy duty springs.

So where is the best place/cheapest place to have an alignment done after I fit them? Does anyone have a good set of coil compressors I could borrow?

I put my pizza cutter wheels and tyres back on today for MOT. It's like driving a sports car now, but ugly as sin ;)

adam its a good site but mucho expensive,,,,127euros for a T MAX compressor,,,,,,AAAAHHHH i am putting an order in this week for some,,,,,£55 quid to members,,,,,,

I also took a look for disc's front and rear and they are more expensive than in spain,even the brake pads are more expensive :-(

I guess I got lucky w/ my suspension then. I couldn't beat the deal I got when you consider the shipping was next to nothing from Barca. Still got to fit them yet ;)

Yes Tuggs I'd say that you prices are unbeatable, and you know I would've bought the suspension from you, but..........

I want one of those compressor when they come. It is my final expense as far as truck prep goes......till next year and then the more power saga begins!!!

I would have helped you as I said before Adam in fitting the springs and so on but I'am out of action with my right hand dude,I even had to stop with the rollups and gone back to smoking piccadilly again :0(
