Visiting Malika's family. Where bread is baked the old-fashioned way; in a clay oven. Unspoiled grain from own field combined with the fire & smoke of the palm branches gives the bread a delicious taste. Cream butter on top and a slice of NL Gouda cheese, cup of tea on the side, unbeatable!
